Beef Flank Steak Flank

This cut is lean and very flavorful. Flank is primarily used for fajitas and should be sliced thin against the grain.

This cut is the “original” London Broil, but the name is most commonly used for cuts from the Round. If broiling, stirfrying or grilling, this cut should be marinated for tenderness.
