Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- Fajita Seasoning
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Instructions
Season flank steak generously with fajita seasoning. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Combine barbeque sauce, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut beef diagonally, against the grain, into 1/4 inch strips. Thread onto skewers and grill over medium coals 5 to 7 minutes.
Tips from Our Cook
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water before using to avoid burning.
