Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. flour mixed with 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

Heat oil in heavy frying pan over medium-high heat; brown beef cubes, add seasonings.

Add 1 cup water to pan and thicken with flour mixture. Simmer 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.

Serve over rice.
