Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen meatballs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Prepare meatballs according to package directions.
Add oil and melt butter in a large sauté pan on medium-low heat, add chopped mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms 5 - 7 minutes or until done.
Add sour cream and stir until combined.
Add prepared meatballs to pan and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until heated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
