Dijon Sauce Fondue

   Makes about 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon coarse grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together in sauce pan and simmer over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, until reduced by almost half.

Remove from heat and whisk for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve warm.
