Ingredients
- 4 boneless beef strip loin steaks
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese slices
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsely
Instructions
In a small bowl mix garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Spread both sides of each steak with mixture.
Place steaks on grill over medium heat. Grill 8-10 minutes for medium-rare to medium.
Top with 2 slices (1/4 oz.) Parmesan cheese. Melt under broiler until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
