Ingredients

  • 1 boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 3/4 cup A1 Classic Steakhouse Steak Marinade, divided
  • 1 package (8 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper

Instructions

Cut steak into 1-1/4 inch pieces. Combine beef and 1/4 cup steak marinade in large bowl; toss to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto twelve 8 to 10-inch metal skewers.

Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining steak marinade.

Season with salt and pepper, as desired.

Suggestions

To use bamboo skewers, soak skewers in water 10 minutes prior to adding meat and vegetables to avoid burning.
