Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
- 1 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, cut into 12 wedges
- cherry tomato halves, optional
Instructions
Cut steak into 1-inch pieces. Combine peppercorns, salt, paprika and garlic in shallow dish. Add beef; toss to coat.
Thread an equal number of beef pieces onto each of four 12-inch skewers along with three onion wedges. Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 9 to 12 minutes for rare to medium, turning occasionally.
Garnish with tomatoes, if desired.
Suggestions
Kabobs may also be grilled. Place on grid over medium coals. Grill 8 to 11 minutes
