Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Rub evenly over both sides of your favorite steak prior to grilling.
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered 16-20 minutes for medium-rare (145°F) or medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
Suggestions
Serving suggestions: Thinly slice grilled steak and serve with grilled asparagus and grilled squash, brushed with olive oil and lightly salted. Thinly slice grilled steak and serve over baby spinach with tomatoes and thin slices of purple onion. Drizzle with a prepared salad dressing. Thinly slice grilled steak and serve in a sourdough roll with a layer of roasted red pepper slices, baby spinach leaves and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
