Rosemary-Pepper Rub Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

Rub onto both sides of meat prior to grilling.
