Spicy Three-Pepper Rub Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Shake before using.

Apply to the surface of uncooked steaks and ground beef patties just before grilling.
