Enough to cover one roast
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose Greek seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. medium grind black pepper
Rub entire roast with olive oil and garlic.
Combine Greek seasoning and black pepper. Rub into surface of roast.
Roast according to roasting guidelines.
