Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank steak, cut across grain into 1/4-inch strips
  • 5 Tbsp. Stir-Fry Sauce, (like Kikkoman), divided
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • 3 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage
  • 2 medium red or green bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 8 flour tortillas (6-inch size), warmed
  • minced green onions,
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • fresh cilantro, minced

Instructions

Combine beef, 3 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over high heat. Add steak and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove from skillet.

Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet. Add cabbage and peppers; stir-fry 2 minutes. Return beef to skillet and add remaining 2 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce. Continue to heat, stirring until meat and vegetables are thoroughly coated with sauce.

Serve in warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
