Sloppy Joes Sandwiches & Wraps

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish (optional)
- 4 American cheese slices (optional)
Brown ground beef with onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles. Drain well.
Stir in barbecue sauce, tomato paste, water, pickle relish, salt and pepper; heat through.
Serve on buns with cheese.
