Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 can (2.24 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. small capers, drained (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley or basil leaves (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Suggestions
Serve on your favorite grilled steaks, roasts or as a dip with pita chips.
