Ingredients
- 4 tsp. oil or drippings from skillet
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
Over medium heat, whisk in 4 Tbsp. flour.
Slowly add milk, stirring continuously.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
