Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. oil or drippings from skillet
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Over medium heat, whisk in 4 Tbsp. flour.

Slowly add milk, stirring continuously.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
