- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1-2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- dash paprika

Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate until served.
