Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced kiwi
  • 1/2 cup diced green apple
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in non-metal bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.

May be prepared up to one day in advance.
