Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

Instructions

Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Process until smooth.

Suggestions

Time-saving tip:  use commecial minced garlic and grated ginger.
