Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. jalapeno pepper sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh chives
- 1/2 to 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
Cream softened butter and cream cheese together. Add jalapeno pepper sauce and lemon juice. Carefully fold in remaining ingredients.
Divide butter mixture into 2 batches. Place one half of combined butter on a sheet of plastic wrap. Fold plastic wrap over butter and shape into log. Twist ends of plastic wrap to seal. Repeat with remaining butter mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve, slice off chilled log and place atop warm steak.
