Mint Fresh Fruit Salad Side Dishes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cataloupe, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 3 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. mint leaves cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

In large serving bowl, combine cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwi, and mint.

In small bowl, blend orange juice and honey; pour over fruit and lightly toss.

Cover and chill.

Suggestions

Feel free to substitute any of your favorite fruits.
