Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (such as Merlot)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, chopped (may substitute button mushrooms)
Instructions
In small bowl combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and red wine; set aside.
In medium saucepan heat canola oil until hot using medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are brown and tender, approximately 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
