Ingredients

  • 1 package (18 oz.) fully-cooked Italian-seasoned beef meatballs
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (about 14 oz.) ready-to-serve beef broth
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup uncooked small pasta shells
  • shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Combine meatballs, vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and pasta in large saucepan; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is tender.

To serve sprinkle with shredded Parmesan as desired.
