Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
  • 3/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except steak. Place steak in sealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup marinade, seal, and refrigerate 30 minutes to 4 hours, turning accasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade in separate container.

Remove steak from marinade (and discard marinade). Grill over medium-high coals, brushing often with reserved marinade, until steak reaches 140°F internal temperature for medium-rare, or to desired doneness, approximately 16-18 minutes.

Remove steak from grill and slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
