Ingredients
- 2 T-Bone Steaks
Lemon Pepper Rub
- 2 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 3 large cloves crushed garlic
Instructions
Combine lemon pepper, oregano and garlic; mix well. Rub onto both sides of steaks.
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered, 14-16 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Suggestions
Make rub in bulk and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
