Ingredients
- 2 beef top loin (strip) steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 2 tsp. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine seasoning ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steaks.
Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
