Ingredients

  • 2 beef top loin (strip) steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  • 2 tsp. finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

Instructions

Combine seasoning ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steaks.

Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
