Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium orange, thinly sliced
- Fresh Fruit Salsa
Instructions
Combine orange juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, oil, sugar, orange peel, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Place flank steak and marinade in plastic bag, turning to coat. Top with orange slices.
Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours to overnight, turning occasionally.
Discard marinade and orange slices.
Place steak on grate over medium coals. Grill 10-15 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning once.
Carve steak into thin slices and serve with Fresh Fruit Salsa.
