Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef round steak, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (15 oz.) chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 3/4 cup beef, divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in Dutch oven. Brown beef on all sides.
Combine undrained tomatoes and chilies, 1/2 cup beer, chili powder and bouillon. Pour over browned meat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours or until fork tender.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup beer and flour to make smooth paste. Add to liquid in Dutch oven to make gravy. Cook and stir until thickened.
