Ingredients

  • 1 package fully cooked beef pot roast
  • 1/2 cup prepared French onion dip
  • 1 package frozen mashed potatoes

Instructions

Prepare pot roast according to package directions.

Meanwhile, prepare frozen mashed potatoes according to package direction. For extra pizzazz, stir 1/2 cup onion dip into potatoes.

Carve pot roast and serve with potatoes.

Suggestions

Add green beans, broccoli or your family's favorite vegetable to round out this easy meal!
