Not Your Average Burger Burgers

Ingredients
- 4 frozen, fully-cooked hamberger patties
- 1 onion, sliced and sauteed
- specialty mayonnaise-mustard spread
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup alfalfa or onion sprouts
- 4 foccacia bread rolls, sliced
Instructions
Saute onion in 1 Tbsp. butter or oil. Cook burgers according to package directions. Place spred on bun.
Add a burger on the bottom half of bun. Top with avocado and onion slices, then 1/4 cup sprouts.
Cover with top half of bun.
Suggestions
Other ways to serve fully cooked burgers: green chilies and pepper-jack cheese pepperoni, mozzarella and pizza sauce chili and cheese on Texas toast sauteed mushrooms and onions with a slice of Havarti cheese
