Texas Beef Tips Casseroles & Skillet Suppers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sirloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown meat; add garlic and soup mix, stirring until dissolved.

Add Tabasco, steak sauce and water. Cook until blended, 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and jalapeno and bring to a boil.

Stir in enough cornstarch to thicken mixture. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Serve with Spicy Hot Beans.
