Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1-2 cups water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in 2 Tbsp. water
Instructions
Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown meat; add garlic and soup mix, stirring until dissolved.
Add Tabasco, steak sauce and water. Cook until blended, 2-3 minutes.
Add onion and jalapeno and bring to a boil.
Stir in enough cornstarch to thicken mixture. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with Spicy Hot Beans.
