Basic Fajita Marinade Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

In the container of the blender, add garlic, soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Process until smooth.

With motor running, pour olive oil in a slow and steady stream until emulsified.
