Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

Rub on both sides of meat prior to grilling.
