Peppery Dijon Parsley Rub Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. cracked mixed peppercorns or cracked black pepper
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredient in small bowl.

Apply to surface of uncooked steaks and ground beef patties just before grilling.
