Ranch BBQ Spice Rub Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. barbecue spice blend
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun spice mix
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. ancho chile powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ginger powder

Instructions

Blend all ingredients well. Sift 3 times through flour sifter.

Store in an airtight container.

Prior to grilling, dust meat with the spice to lightly coat. Do not use too much.
