Rich and Hearty Marinade Rubs & Marinades

Marinade for up to 2 lbs. steak

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Roquefort or blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) powdered instant coffee
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade until blended.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the marinade for basting if desired.
Place your choice of steak in a sealable plastic bag, pour marinade over steak and rub mixture into meat. Seal well and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
