Spicy Beer Marinade Rubs & Marinades

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 12-ounce bottle of beer
- 1 Tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Place steak in a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over steak. Turn to coat.
Refrigerate six hours to overnight. Grill as usual.
Suggestions
This marinade works great with chuck steak, top round, sirloin and flank steak.
