Ingredients
- 2 lbs. flat iron steaks
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 large leaves iceberg lettuce
- Southwestern Rub
- Kickin' Slaw
- Chipotle Mayonnaise
Instructions
Drizzle steaks with olive oil. Using the Southwestern Rub, cover the surface of the steaks, rubbing into surface.
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill steaks 7-9 minutes for rare (140°F) to medium (160°F), turning once. Set aside.
To assemble, place Kickin' Slaw mixture on a lettuce leaf, top with thinly sliced beef and 1 Tbsp. Chipotle Mayonnaise. Roll leaf around mixture. Serve hot.
