Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 can (2.24 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. small capers, drained (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley or basil leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
