Cranberry Glaze Sauces, Gravies, Glazes & Salsas
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 4 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can (16 oz) cranberry sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir together and cook over medium heat until thickened. Set aside.
Spoon glaze over beef during roasting. You may reserve 1/2 of the glaze to serve with the meal.
