Maple Mustard Glaze Sauces, Gravies, Glazes & Salsas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. coarse-grain Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and pepper ina 1-cup heat proof measuring cup.

Microwave on HIGH for 3-1/2 to 5 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Brush glaze over beef during cooking.
