Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Texas Signature Steak Rub 2001
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Confetti Potato Salad

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub tenderloin with olive oil and rub. In a grill pan on medium-high heat, sear all edges of tenderloin.

Roast in preheated oven until medium doneness, approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest approximately 10 minutes.

Slice against grain to serve.
