Ingredients
- 2 Porterhouse or T-Bone steaks, cut approximately 1-inch thick
- salt and pepper, to taste
Rub
- 1-2 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Instructions
Combine rub ingredients in small bowl. Press evenly into both sides of steaks.
Grill steaks over medium coals 14-16 minutes to medium, turning once.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
